The “Why Man” has been delighting audiences with his

also developed a dynamic motivational
seminar presentation called, “Pebble in the Pool”, which
focuses your impact on the market and on several individual
motivational and personal elements.
Renowned
for his "Straight Talk" approach regardless of subject has pleased hundreds of participants.
The “Why Man” is an interactive public speaker who prefers working in the audience and not
on a
stage. Totally refuses to use a lectern and demands total perfection
from
himself with his seminars.
In
a resent interview he was asked; Why do you
demand perfection from
yourself when presenting your seminars? “People who
hire my services want a public speaker who can provide the “Wow
Factor” to their
participants. It is a requirement I place on myself to ensure they get
that and
more. My pre-preparation a week before any specific seminar is brutal.
It’s
like a seminar boot camp I put myself through as I want all
participants at any
of my public speaking seminars to leave kinda out of breath, excited and in some cases
worn
out. It’s totally fun for me to interact with as many of the
participants
during a seminar. I feel the interactive and the humorous aspects
maintain
their attention and they will retain higher percentage of the subject
being
presented.”
What
do you mean by this straight
talk approach? “Straight
talk is just that, straight talk. No
hearts and flowers, straight to the point, no holding hands in a circle
singing
Kumbaya. There is so much emphasis on
being politically
correct today; you can loose your intended message by being so dog-on
PC. Now
understand that does not mean demeaning people in any way,
that’s just plain
stupid! What I mean is I don’t look at gender, ethnicity,
religion, political affiliation,
education status, being rich or poor. What is important to me is that a
person
gets the intended message being presented and they are able to better
themselves,
become more successful, profitable, or whatever they are looking for in
the
presented material as a result.”
